Description

Bright and sweet, with a soft fondant-like texture, a scoop of Sunflower honey is a scoop of sunshine. Because of its many health benefits, it’s also considered to be one of nature’s superfoods. Our Sunflower honey comes from the glorious golden fields of Eastern Europe. There, row upon row of nodding sunflowers follow the sun’s arc all day, to the gentle hum of honeybees and cicadas.

Two thousand years of good

Sunflower honey has a high concentration of vitamins E, PP, B+ and C, as well as antioxidants and selenium. It’s known for helping with gastrointestinal, respiratory and heart conditions.

Crystallisation

Sunflower honey crystallises fast, forming a soft, buttery paste. It then gets slowly firmer over time.

Pairing

With its fresh, sweet taste, Sunflower honey is the perfect match for blue cheeses, rye bread and seeds or nuts. It also goes nicely with peachy Orange wine.

A journey in every jar

Made by bees in Eastern and Central Europe.

Raw Monofloral Sunflower Honey

Such a unique taste – sweet and slightly minty, my toddler eats it by the spoon! we had to hide it for some time :) I love that it’s raw and preserving all the benefits , as you would expect from a honey producer.

Raw Monofloral Sunflower Honey

I’ve been a loyal fan of Deukes for years, and it’s been nearly impossible to find another brand in the UK that matches their quality. Every variety of honey is exceptional, but the sunflower honey holds a special place in my heart — it’s rich, creamy, and has an irresistible texture and flavour. It’s a staple in our home, never out of stock, and loved by the whole family — especially alongside the acacia, which is another firm favourite here!

I’ve been using this honey daily — in warm water with lemon, in herbal teas, and even as a natural remedy for sore throats. You can feel the purity. It tastes amazing and boosts my energy. Absolutely love it!
